How Can Travel Spark Personal Growth?

We just got back from a whirlwind five days in New York City!

We were able to meet in person with several Passionistas  — the power of IRL hugs! We took in the Broadway show Suffs — run don't walk to see this show about the birth of American feminism. We also visited the Broadway Museum, saw a taping of Late Night with Seth Myers, ate a lot of amazing food and spent time with family and friends.

What a special treat and much needed time to step away and refresh.

Travel can be an amazing way to grow personally and see things in a new light. It's one of the best ways to break out of our usual routines and experience something fresh. It pushes us to step out of our comfort zones and dive into new cultures.

We really didn't have many specific plans when we left for NYC. It was all about embracing the spontaneity and opportunities that came our way. Every moment was a chance to learn and grow. Taking photos helped us remember the fun times and these memories will remind us of how much we’ve grown.

Travel doesn't always mean hopping on a plane to a faraway place. Sometimes, exploring your local area can be just as enriching. It's about being open to new experiences and making the most of every opportunity.

We've posted more about our trip in the community and we want to hear about your summer travel plans. Let's share our personal growth journeys in the sisterhood.

Here's to discovering more about ourselves and the world, one trip at a time.

Safe travels!
